A decade at Merkle (Dentsu), Ometria and MRM-McCann shipping customer experience for Audi, Volkswagen Group, O2, Virgin Media and SkyShowtime — audiences to three million — and the primary client contact for most of it. Ten of those years I was the developer receiving designers' handoffs.

Since January 2026, five production systems, every flow, screen and token mine: a transit operations platform (VTV, presented at Riga City Hall), an enterprise email platform, a live shop, a wellness app, and the assistant that runs my day. I diverge in Figma and converge in code.
