Concept
I built test flows for the Lloyds app.
Four banking journeys, prototyped as working test flows on one set of design tokens, in Lloyds’ own colours and type, for every kind of customer.
Everything runs off one component library and one set of tokens. Colour, type and shape come from Lloyds' real app and web, so changing one file reskins the whole site. That's how a bank's design system works: the code is the source of truth.
Journey · Money worries
Breathing space
Money's tight? A calm route from "what's going on" to a named adviser and a time to talk, no shame in it.

Journey · Savings goal
Goals
Name a goal and watch the plan build as you go. The projection stays honest and doesn't oversell the returns.

Journey · International payment
Send money abroad
Pick the currency, then see the live rate, the fee and when it lands. You know the real cost before you send.

Journey · Faster Payment
Pay a new payee
Confirmation of Payee flags a wrong name, and a scam check runs before the money's gone for good.

Every state passes WCAG AA, checked token by token. The money-worries journey is built for people of every age, background and ability: plain words, and a real person to talk to at the end.
